Green coffee specifications
Origin: Mérida, Venezuela, member of IGP Café de Mérida. Altitude: 1,200+ m above sea level. Varieties: Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catuai, Monte Claro, INIA01 and Castillo. Cup profile: fruit, bright acidity, panela sweetness and a soft body. Selection: screen size, density and optical sorting. Moisture: 10.5–12.5%. Packing: fique sacks with GrainPro bags. Monthly green coffee capacity: 60 tonnes.
Quality, export and services
Each lot follows six selection steps: direct producer follow-up; SCA visual and sensory evaluation; screen-size selection; densimetric selection; optical selection; and final Q Grader cupping. Corporación Hello also roasts 90 tonnes per month on PROBAT equipment and offers private-label roasting, hulling, selection, laboratory, Q Grader and consulting services.
